WEMA Glauchau summer party — focus on #TeamWEMA

On 6 September 2024, WEMA Glauchau celebrated its traditional summer party in a relaxed atmosphere. Employees, their families, friends and business partners came together in perfect weather. NSH Technology GmbH, Glauchau branch – known as WEMA Glauchau … is proud of its long-standing tradition, numerous innovations and the international reputation of its WOTAN® grinding machines. ‘In the last few weeks alone, our #TeamWEMA has been able to deliver two state-of-the-art grinding machines to the USA and China and conclude contracts for further machines. These exports underline WEMA’s international competitiveness and innovative strength,’ emphasises Ronald Krippendorf, Managing Director and Plant Manager of NSH Technology in Glauchau. ‘We don’t just use the summer party to celebrate our successes — for us, team spirit and a strong community are paramount. In such a competitive market, you not only need highly qualified employees, but also a well-coordinated team and a respectful working atmosphere. We are working to continuously improve here.’ The next dates in WEMA’s calendar also bear witness to this endeavour:

  • WEMA will once again be part of the ›Spätschicht‹ on 15 November 2024, once again in close cooperation with the Economic Development Agency. On this day, WEMA’s doors will be open to all interested parties and, in addition to providing insights into the latest technologies, will also offer schoolchildren the opportunity to get to know the company.
  • For the first time, the traditional company will also be taking part in the Glauchau Autumn Run on 29 October.

WEMA is of course also offering apprenticeships for the 2025 training year – for example Industrial mechanic and Mechatronics fitter, to Cutting machine operator, Elektroniker für Automatisierungstechnik and also as Business management training. »We are convinced that well-trained and motivated employees are the key to our success and we look forward to welcoming dedicated trainees to our team so that we can continue to offer innovative solutions in the field of grinding machines in the future. They are the key to the future of our company,’ explains Krippendorf and adds: ’The summer party was a wonderful opportunity to express our appreciation for the hard work and commitment of our employees. Those who work so well together have every reason to celebrate together from time to time!«. WEMA would like to thank all participants for a successful day and looks forward to the challenges and successes to come.
