Maintenance & Repair Work

To enable you to con­tinue using your WEMA Glauchau machines and the BWF and WMW mod­els built since 1960 pro­duc­tively for as long as pos­si­ble, we are offer­ing you com­pre­hen­sive local cus­tomer ser­vice to ensure your oper­at­ing safety and pre­ci­sion for as long as possible.

For exam­ple, we will ensure the reg­u­lar main­te­nance of your machine and pro­vide you with new con­sum­ables and wear­ing parts.

Overhaul & Refitting Work

If you wish to con­tinue to use your WMW, BWF or WEMA Glauchau machines,we will gladly look after the recon­di­tion­ing and upgrad­ing work. Depend­ing on your require­ments and bud­get, we will recon­di­tion your old machine or upgrade it with the lat­est pro­tec­tive equip­ment, new elec­tric instal­la­tions, con­trols or hydraulic.

By invest­ing wisely you can thus con­tinue to use your reg­u­lar oper­at­ing procedures

Contract Production

We also take on con­tract grind­ing and con­tract milling work on our own ultra­mod­ern and highly pre­cise machines. We will gladly accept trial orders so you can con­vince your­self in advance of the qual­ity of our machines and thor­oughly test pos­si­ble appli­ca­tions when decid­ing on order­ing a machine that best fits your needs.

We also have our own test­ing lab­o­ra­tory to con­trol the qual­ity of our pro­duc­tion work.
