Training

  • 3,5 years in the com­pany and at the Glauchauer Berufs­förderung e.V. in Waldenburg
  • Voca­tional school BSZ for tech­nol­ogy “August Horch” in Zwickau in the block system
  • Basic train­ing in metal and elec­tri­cal engi­neer­ing, pass through the pro­duc­tion process
  • Intro­duc­tion to the fol­low­ing activities:
  • Assem­bly: Pre-assem­bly, assem­bly and final assem­bly of machines and equipment
  • Com­mis­sion­ing and train­ing in the com­pany and at the customer
  • Repair, main­te­nance and ser­vice work/​deployment in the com­pany and on the customer’s premises

What we expect from you

  • Sec­ondary school cer­tifi­cate, good per­for­mance in the nat­ural sci­ence sub­jects and math
  • Inter­est in the pro­fes­sion and the mechan­i­cal engi­neer­ing industry
  • Tech­ni­cal under­stand­ing and craftsmanship
  • Team­work, pur­pose­ful and speedy work
  • first prac­ti­cal expe­ri­ence (school intern­ships, vaca­tion work)
  • Knowl­edge of for­eign lan­guages desired
